This 10-30 NEMA adapter for the Tesla Gen 2 mobile charger was exactly what I needed to charge at my mom's house using her old dryer outlet. It worked perfectly and saved me a trip to the supercharger in the morning, which was super convenient. Tesla's store was out of stock, so I’m glad I found this on Amazon. Highly recommend this adapter if you need a reliable charging solution for older outlets!

Works as it should. Used it to charge from a dryer outlet. Charger defaulted to 32 amps which is too much for a 30 amp outlet. Be sure to limit the charge to 24 amps or less to avoid overloading the circuit.

This adaptor works really well and is made of quality durable materials. It fits a bit tighter than my other one but works just fine without any challenges. Very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

While this adapter works, the claim that it increases current to 32A means you will certainly risk a fire as you should not be charging at more than 24A on a 30A circuit. This adapter is missing the feature that tells the charger it has a 30A connector. Dangerous to use.

If you have a gas clothes drier like me, look behind it anyway... There might be an u used electric socket just waiting for you to plug this into it and start charging 250 miles overnight at home.Only complaint is it's upside down. Or I guess maybe my dryer socket was upside down. But it works and is secure, it just bends in a U shape against the wall, can't be seen from behind the dryer, so it isn't a problem in any way.Highly recommended.I had to drill through a wall to get the charger line back to the laundry room, but it wasn't hard and looks good with a nice panel from the hardware store.

All of the aftermarket non Tesla-branded adapters I have ever bought fit very tightly into my Gen 2 Mobile Connector. The factory adapters go "all the way in" and sit flush with the outer case, but every single aftermarket adapter sticks out just a tiny bit. I wouldn't trust it out in the rain, but to be fair I don't think that I would trust the OEM adapter in rain either. Ultimately these were available at a reasonable discount to the OEM versions, and feel solid.
