These shackles are very heavy duty, sturdy, and durable. They are made of heavy steel with a 68,000 lb. breaking strength and 17,000 lb. working load limit. They can handle just about anything you'd put them through. I ordered the black shackles. The finish appears durable and is very shiny without any paint chips or scarring. They come with plenty of spacers to keep the shackles from moving around and rattling. Overall, these are really good and durable shackles. I would order these again.
