This thing has NO POWER. It’s a waste of money and doesn’t work. I bought the step down version before this one and it was much better than this. Save your money and grind your stuff with a rock that will work better for you.

Bought as a gift. They love it & it has replaced all other gadgets. It's used multiple times a week without fail.

Does the job. It could use a plug for when you’re not rolling but other than that it works fine.

Original Review: 1 star. I was really excited to get this grinder. I read all sorts of great reviews on Amazon and many other websites. I felt confident this would be a great auto grinder to ease my old arthritic hands. It worked a whopping 9 times, the 10th time, it just slowed to nothing like a dead battery, as it had previously when needing a charge after each use. I thought this was odd, a 2000mAh lithium ion battery needing a charge after each use, odd that it barely made it through grinding enough for a cone before needing a charge. Anyways, I charged it overnight. The next morning, it started up, made a quarter drum rotation empty and the motor died out like the battery was dead already. I tried a different charger, different cable, different wall socket. 12 hours later, I gave it another try empty. Same thing, 1/4 turn dead. I tried a third charger, wire, outlet, 10 hours, same thing. Definitely dead. $45 for 9 uses, $5 per grind. Not worth it. $45 is the cost of a decent quality half at my local dispensary, I would have rather suffered the arthritis pain of 9 grinds and had the half as opposed to throwing the same money away at something that is now going to contribute to our current landfill issue, plus the environmental hazards of the lithium ion battery disposal.1st Verdict: a waste of $45, landfill fodder and lithium-ion battery environmental impact = product to avoid.Update 6/20/23: +2 stars for great customer service. I was promptly contacted by Mamba Grinders, after explaining the issue, and information and photos exchanged, a copacetic resolution was quickly offered. Mamba Grinders stands behind they’re warranty and are sending me a replacement unit. I will follow up with further updates.Update 7/15/23: +2 more stars for quick shipping on the replacement grinder. After giving this one a full charge, it was obvious from the first grind it had far more power than my first one. The new one grinds with much more torque and less reversing to unbind. I tried with both the old cap and the new to see if the grinding cap made a difference, it did not. It must have been a battery issue with a certain batch. I have used this every day for 21 days, no change in performance, battery holds up so far.2nd Verdict: worth every bit of the cost. When not a defective unit, it works great! Smooth consistent grinds, a ton of keef. I grind for my desktop vape and it’s perfect. Now I love this grinder. No more sore old stoner hands from my hand grinder.Final update: 12/7/23 I have used the grinder nearly daily for the past 6 months. Still working perfectly, battery holds a good long charge. Long enough that I usually can’t recall the last time I charged it. The grind is fine for use in a vape or to roll. Great grinder. Highly recommend..

Great bit of kit. I only have one arm so this really is perfect for someone like me or anyone else who can't roll.Very impressed with it's design, it's so easy to use with the pre made cones. Love it!

As per header. I have had 3 of the same/similar devices (1 was a previous model), from the same seller, over 4 separate days! Each time I excitedly opened the box, although I had a bad feeling about the third which, to my amazement, I was correct…With the second of the devices, the box seal (not the Amazon seal) was already broken and the cone holder was missing.I read the instructions and plugged the devices in, with the supplied cables, and the red light appeared. I waited 3 hours and the light was still red, so gave it another 2 hours and was still red, for all devices! Unplugged each time, after approx. 5 hours, and tried the buttons several times and nothing…Neither of the 3 device even flinched when I tried the buttons. Unless I missed a secret on switch/button. It is absolutely ridiculous that 3 separate devices, again from the same seller, have not worked! As you can see. All are being returned. Absolutely horrible devices, and seller in my opinion (seems there is no quality checks at all!).

This is the best grinder I ever owned! I tried lots of manual ones and the expensive brands are mostly fine if you don’t have tennis elbow or carpal tunnel, but they are really over priced for what they are.I also tried a few electric ones that spin at super high speed and turn everything to dust, they are cheap, but they are awful. Then I tried the Mamba v2 and it *effortlessly* produces the exact quality grind I am looking for at the touch of a button! It’s simple to use, easy to clean, and the quality of the grind is more controllable than anything I used before, it makes a sound a like a remote control car, it’s not silent, but it’s not loud either. Some reviews complain about having to rock it one way then the other to start it off, but I always had to do that with my manual grinders if I put a lot it, so that all seems normal to me. A couple of taps on the button in each direction is all it takes if it’s packed full, and once it spins just keep your finger on the button for the most perfect fluffy grind. For a finer grind, lean the unit over a bit to one side and run it for a couple of seconds before you point it where you want it.I can’t say enough good things about this grinder, if you get one and it doesn’t work exactly as advertised, then contact Mamba via their website, they are super helpful and they went out their way to answer all my questions, I’m delighted with mine so far.
