This is well made and excellent quality! Very sturdy and everything assembled as it was supposed to! Assembly took about an hour… so not bad considering the size.

Absolutely beautiful it looks exactly like the picture. The fire is adjustable, it has three colors, the lighted glass enhances it. The heater works exceptional well. I am so happy I bought it. I have already received several comments on how nice it is. There were a lot of pieces but the instructions were thorough.

The item came damaged. The fireplace insert was bent, not entirely their fault, but the could have packaged it better. The "wood" is covered with thin paper that ripped during transport. They did replace the insert and I received $40 since I had to do a lot of repair work. Not worth the money!

This turned out absolutely stunning after 12 hours of putting it together within a 3 day span. I did it alone and it was not too hard as long as you follow each step by step. Make sure you look at every single detail of each piece of wood. That will help you understand the placement of each piece. The hardest part in putting it together on your own was the doors. So I use my hands and legs. Lol! But, again it came out perfect!!!!

Great piece! The only things that aren't my fave are the lights that come on in the cabinets when the fireplace is on and the fact that you can see the actual strands through the top of the doors, the wood definitely looks fake and the fireplace colors are less realistic than others we've purchased. Overall decent piece and good quality otherwise.
