We ordered this for my mother in law and it came broken in a bunch of pieces and seems like it’s used. Plus to ship it back basically cost the amount we paid for it

I love this piece in my house!! The quality is a bit better than I expected with the price. It gives IKEA vibes. The doors are the only pieces that look a bit meh in my opinion. It was easy to assemble. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The lighting on the fireplace part is cute and colors are changeable. I don’t like the idea of a pink fire, so I just keep it at the original setting, but the extra colors are a fun thought. Heat output is kind of low. It’s great if you’re Face to face with the heater, but it’s going to take a hot minute to warm up the room.

I am having fun with this. I have not used the heat function yet has it is summer here in Texas. The fire display is great and I love the different colors on it just to have fun with. It was easier to install than I thought it would be. Very sturdy. I also love the cutout in the back for the cords at the bottom. The only issue was that it was not as wide as I had hoped, so the game console sticks out a bit, but I am working on a solution for that. Otherwise, great product.
