I wanted to upgrade to Windows 11 and since I never took my laptop anywhere, I decided on an all in one desktop. Since we've had good luck with the Lenovo brand I decided to give this a shot. As noted in other reviews, it's not the fastest computer around but OK for my purposes. However, when I read the description, not the headlines, it says you get a wireless keyboard and mouse, well you don't it's corded. They also indicate that it has an SD card reader, it does not.

So far the computer is good but the keyboard has misprint keys. For example the " sign is where the @ sign should be above the 2. The shift button is off among others. I have other keyboards so it's not worth a return but aggravating. This is NOT touchscreen!

The computer / screen arrived well packaged, no damage. Booted right up and able to install from an older desktop. Noticed that the keyboard was not US style (UK I believe). Notified the seller. Within an hour I was offered a credit with which to purchase a US keyboard. No hassle, quick apology and quick resolution. Will be good to work with in future transactions.

This is the slowest computer I have ever bought. I am curious to know if it is Windows 11 or the machine itself. I would not rebuy it.

I received the new pc along with the keyboard. Problem was the keyboard was written incorrectly. When I wanted to use the @ sign it printed a letter instead. I tested each and saw they were switched. Where the keyboard says @ a letter would come up and visa versa. So I had to keep my old keyboard connected. I didn't return the bad keyboard. To much of a hassle because they were a set.
