Ordered "2" computers. BOTH arrived broken! Did get refund for 1 however, this seller REFUSES as does AMAZON to refund on almost $300.!!! UPShas provided PROOF that the label WAS scanned into their system-then no movement. The process is for SHIPPER to file a claim with UPS- they will not do it nor will they refund me - despite the PROOF from UPS!DO NOT ORDER - Amazon is NOT covering them w A-Z

This product is such a disappointment. Less than 3 weeks after the last return date it just died. I tried to turn it on and nothing. Tried restating, unplugging the entire bunch of tricks and still nothing. The monitor part was dead. I cannot believe I have had to replace 2 computers, one very old and slow and one almost brand new. No matter how convenient the all in ones seem, it is a BIG waste of money and time. When the monitor doesn't work you cannot just replace it. Of course the warranty was only a few months long and it just seemed to die a few weeks after it expired. Pamela Mathews

Solid computer for those who need one but don’t do much on it. My wireless keyboard/mouse adapter for lost in the box so if you order one, look through that box THOROUGHLY! Other than that, no issues!

Everything came how it was supposed to not damaged or anything but it runs so slow I can’t open a web browser without the blue circle spinning for at least two minutes.

I love my new computer so much! No issues at all yet. We wanted something for light gaming, web searching, and homework etc.
