Good product but if you do HIIT routines that go beyond 8 sets, it has to cycle all over again. Also unlike the timer you can get on your phone or the rest timer, there is no “count down” to the workout starting.

This is exactly what I needed. It's easy to use, once you understand the buttons/remote functionality. The volume is good. The light brightness is adjustable and a very nice feature. I love this gym timer! Definitely recommend!

Highly recommended gym timer. Using the gym timer for outdoors and it adds a real professional touch. My two gripes with the product are the lack of controlling volume of the alarm and the complexity of programming tabatha hiit training.

Perfect for my home gym in my garage, was very simple to install. Not too difficult to understand the different features, but I have used similar clocks before. May be more complicated if you're a first time user for this type of clock. Nice and bright, can easily see from outside my garage on a sunny day even when one one of the lower brightness settings. Haven't used it too many times yet, but no complaints so far. go ATL UTD!

This is a good timer for interval style workouts. You just have to take your time through the instructions to learn how to program it.

JANKY and remarkably lazy attempt at English—or should I just say “human”—literacy in the instruction manual lol. Literally no “F’s” given. This thing makes no sense whatsoever, combined with spelling and grammer errors on every single line, combined with “oh here’s a diagram of the several ‘useless buttons on the remote,’ including the big center button ‘HIIT’ lol. But apparently “FGB” means something to the customer, which is one of the main workout modes. Why yes, to create a workout for FGB, you simply “press 1, edit 10:00(F1 )), C1 00:60), then C-8 to (interval 01: 25 ( and repeet).” Don’t forget to press their critically acclaimed “Ulti-function” button, minus the M, because M is for “meh, I don’t need 1st grade spelling to earn a living selling trash on Amazon.”This is why I hate buying non-name-brand products on Amazon. Such lazy invention. Such unwitty branding. Such a waste of consumer dollars. Such a travesty to behold in our brief existence as we embrace mediocrity and fail to contribute to intelligent life on earth. In other words, don’t buy this trash.

It’s massive and beautiful when it lights up. A few minor downsides that removed a star for me.1) HUGE remote and many buttons that don’t need to be on there.2) mounting hardware is not great. No washers, screw heads aren’t wide enough to really catch the slots on the brackets and the brackets aren’t deep enough so they don’t sit flush up against the wall when mounting. Ended up needing to use my own hardware which is unfortunate when you’re spending $100 they wanted to save $.20 on hardware.3) length of the power cables could be at least twice as long.4) sound is very loud and can’t be turned down. It gets annoying as you’re programming the workout and have to listen to all the beeps. Even when you hit the mute button it beeps a few times to tell you it’s muting...?
