A great timer with both audio and visual indicators. I use it to teach my kickboxing class and also interval training with my wife. The variable time for rounds and rest make it ideal for the different drills that require different lengths. Also the audio cues for are helpful for closing rounds hard for the last 30 secs. The buttons make it easy to adjust times with your toes when your all decked out in gloves and gear. The lights makes sure you don't drill on the rest period by mistake. I hated that on our old timer.

I love this timer it is exactly as described! I received it in great condition and it worked right out of the box. The settings are simple, the lights work fine and the bell is just the right volume not to loud and not to low. The digital display lights are just the right size are clearly visible to see I use this for my martial arts classes and it is great for my students work outs and sparring they really love using this .I would definitely recommend this for Martial arts classes or personnel workouts!
