Have a lot of Kong toys and they are normally very “tough” and resistant to damage. This alligator toy was destroyed in 5 minutes by our bulldog. Stick with other brands or Kong toys you can feel before purchasing.The balls that were packaged are basically tennis balls with a squeak function. They’re ok.

After a year with my Boston Terrier puppy the only plush toy she had to survive was a Kong moose. I wanted to get her another one, but a little smaller. This alligator is perfect! She’s already thrown enough abuse at it to destroy a more cheaply made toy and not a stitch was loose.But even more than the alligator my dog LOVES the little squeaky tennis balls they threw in. Bosties have really small mouths and it’s super hard for them to grip a normal size tennis ball. These small tennis balls are the perfect size for her and also stand up to a ton of abuse. So if you’ve git a little dog who can still chew the heck out of anything, I highly recommend this product!

We’re on our third one of these in three years. You might think that’s a frequent purchase but our dogs love these to death. Of all of their toys this is the one they fight over the most.

Received the package at 10am… all 4 items were destroyed by 3pm… far away from Kong’s highly rated items… dog is a puppy American Akita 40ish pounds, not yet a monster.If your looking for regular toys it can be fine but these aren’t anything better than a regular tennis ball or any fluff they sell at the dolar store.

My dog loves the mini squeaking tennis balls, so I often have extras in the house. I ordered this set thinking he would get an extra toy out of it to enjoy besides the tennis balls. When we got the alligator, it squeaked once or twice and then completely died. My dog is not especially rough on his toys. He actually plays pretty softly. Also the tennis balls fell apart really quickly. Faster than usual! For Kong products this is weird! I’ve always used Kong because it’s heavy duty. Even though my dog is a light player, we have a lot of dogs that visit so Kong products have always been in the house. I tried to return them, but Amazon gave me the runaround. I don’t know that I’ll be ordering Kong products in the future!

All we buy are Kong toys for our Lab puppy! He LOVES the balls here with the squeaker and we have had 3 of the gators. They last, he chews on, but doesn't chew up. The balls have give so he can squeak all he wants! He sleeps with the gators. Our favorite - his favorite!
