I bought this grinder because the mushroom design looked cute, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. It's way too small to be practical (only 2 inches), and the grinding mechanism jammed after just a couple of uses. The plastic feels cheap and flimsy, definitely not built to last. It struggles to grind even basic spices like black pepper. While it might look nice, it fails as a functional kitchen tool. I do not recommend this product.

I'm very happy with the look and quality of this herb grinder. The art looks great. The colors are bold and pop. The grinder is made of metal and feels solid and well made. The grinder is made up of several layers. The top two are where you place the herbs and it is where the "teeth" are located. There are holes on the bottom part of the grinder so that the ground herbs can fall through into a little collection area. This section is further divided by a screen into the top where the herbs sit and the bottom which collects the pollen.I'm very happy with this little herb grinder. It works great. It is small so it is ideal for small batches which is what I usually grind. I love the look of the art. The grinder is easy to use and feels super solid and well made.

This $12 is priced right for a compact, highly functional and beautifully decorated tool. It’s small—note the size and that it fits in the palm of your hand. Place your substance in the grinder, close the lid and twist. It grinds as quickly as you twist it. Viola! Couldn’t be easier—and way easier than a mortise and pestle. Good buy.
