This is a darling set of LITTLE plates. They are smaller than I realized but for the reasonable price and the quality I am keeping them. They will be good for sauces and would make a nice hostess gift. They were securely packaged but not in a giftable box.

I was very impressed with the quality of these dishes. They are so elegant. I used them for tea candles and the design of these dishes made it look soo pleasant.

The dishes were small, very small . They could be used as a bread dish for an individual roll or a butter dish I don't see how these can be used for dessert. Maybe a couple of petite fours, or a couple of cookies. Others said these dishes were small but I thought that 4" would be ample for a dessert. Sadly I was wrong. Please reconsider buying these dishes if you are planning to put a slice of apple pie or a piece of cake on them.

The zig zag on the rim is hard to clean. I ran them thru the dishwasher and I ended scrubbing the avocado out of the zig

I was worried that they wouldn't be deep enough, but they really are working out just fine. I love how beautiful they are in the detail. Size is appropriate, and they're good quality.
