Trust me, World Weidner Embroidery is not a company to do business with. I PAID $1592.55 for a sewing machine purchased on June 7th, Contacted them several times. The responces were inaccurate and as of the end of July no solution was offered. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Lesson learned-when purchasing an expensive product go direct to the manufacturer.

Only one thing I didn't like about the Serger. It doesn't have a free arm. If you wanted to sew a sleeve.

The reason I gave this a 4/5 stars is because the case that came with the package is too small to fit the Juki inside. I am currently using it for my Singer sewing machine. The Juki is amazing and threading it is a dream as I am a beginner and had not trouble getting started!

Super easy to thread! That;s why I chose this serger. It does come pre-threaded in the box. Juki makes great machines and very happy with my purchase.

I received This machine in July. I’ve sewed on it almost every day. I like the air threading and the needle threaders It is so easy to use. It is now a joy to change colors of my threads. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it highly. A joy to Surge now.
