I can't say enough about this printer/plotter. The quality of print is fantastic. I like this size and how easy it is to set up. The prints look professional and takes about 75 sec for a 24x36 blueprints. The ink is lasting a while for it being introductory. I give it 2 thumbs up!!!!

I received this printer new in its unopened box. The installation in Windows 10 is supposed to be a breeze, but not with this machine. Nowhere in the documentation says you SHOULD update its firmware to avoid a series of strange errors. (For example it insisted the paper size is wrong when printing from the feeder).It may be all right for printing PDF in small sizes, but the original driver only accepted paper sizes up to tabloid. No mention of B, C or D sizes. Do not go to the HP documentation because it is NOT mentioned there. After repeatedly installing and uninstalling the printer and its drivers, I stumbled upon the correct driver on the official HP T100 page. That after several FRUSTRATING attempts.The printer quality is excellent and, if previous experiences with HP printers keep being valid, I expect this product to last several years. I only HOPE that someone at HP takes the time to make the installation experience a little easier for the end user.

This printer is perfect for our construction company. We no longer spend time running out to make large copies. Easy to set up and use. Excellent quality copies.

I was so excited to get it because of the size 24". But it doesnt have any Mac drivers at all. Just advertises wifi on box. I got a couple of prints made but it was just bye luck with my iPhone X. The price is nice but it does not even have any proper drivers at all, and I have years of printing experience. Why can't a multinational company hire programmers to make them. This is what happens when a company has too many products, and can't even keep up with itself.Just horrible

The box was fairly damaged when it arrived so I was very eager to open it and inspect the printer. There was no physical damage that I could see. Setup was very easy. The printer was up and going within 30 minutes. I print Arch D sheets for my small business and it averages just under a minute per page. This may not be optimal for high volume printing but its perfect for what I use it for.

Love this wide format printer. Super easy to hook up and does what we need.Doesn't come with a cover to go over paper roll which I thought was weird. It looks like one should be there. I even looked back in the box a few times and even sent seller a note to confirm it's not made for one.Still a great printer though!!

Love that this plotter is capable of plotting over Wifi. I do have issues loading the paper at times but, for the price and my needs it's perfect.
