Chair I have requires these torque tubes, but for some reason it keeps breaking them every 2 years. Really need something designed stronger than these torque tubes that are OEM replacements.Also ordered 2 of these to have as a spare, but company messed up and sent me a 17.5 and 18.5 inch torque tube. I need to return the 18.5, it is of no use to me. Now I have to spend money on postage to cover their mistake.02/15/24: Company was nice enough to refund the shipping charges too since it was their mistake. Thank you

Very difficult to get into place. But it was the right size. The furniture store said they couldn’t get the piece and would sell us the whole reclining mechanism for over $200.Found it here for $20.We measured first. Took a chance on the holes lining up. They did.

I requested to return an item because it did not fit my needs. It jwas my fault that it did not fit, but the vendor was very good about me returning it and refunding my cost. I would do business with this vendor again.

I needed a 17 in. I had to cot this one to make it fit and rig up a way to use it. Wish u had 27 in
