W10661045 Washer Drain Pump
The W10661045 Washer Drain Pump pumps the dirty, used water out of the washing machine and replaces it with fresh water during the rinse cycle. If the pump is broken or worn out, the washing machine will not drain properly. The drain pump may have to be replaced if:
- Excess water is left over after the washing machine is used
- Fresh water does not replace dirty water during the rinse cycle

Old drain pump started making a humming noise and not draining. Got this delivered in Friday and swapped the new one for the old one and back in business! Easy to do, and saved me a bunch of money! Fit perfectly in my Amana washer.

Really easy to install. Hardest part was drawing tub. I used a wet vac to suck out the water from drain did the trick on this machine the maytag centennial you have to move dial counterclockwise at least twice then foward 3 time back one time and foward one time press start to get into diagnostic mode then just hold start for at least 5 seconds. To get out of mode and reset machine. Works good but will have to replace in a year Poor washers but very simple to repair

It was the correct part number but was slightly different than the one i pulled off my machine. Also part came damaged from poor packing from amazon. The damage did not affect the operation of the pump. Pump works with my machine even tho ot was slightly different.
