The suspension rods were relatively easy to install after watching an online video. The problem of shaking and moving on the spin cycle was immediately resolved upon installation.

The quality and fit of this replacement kit was the same quality as the factory installed. Very easy to replace with the instructions included. I used a pair of vice grips to help to avoid cutting hands up on sharp edges. Didn’t fix my problem but that was another issue all together.

Malísimo, ¡No lo compren! Tendrán que gastar doble por ponerlo y luego pedir que lo retiren. No cumple su función, a la primera lavada volvió a rebotar. No es de buena calidad ya que no ofrece la suspensión adecuada.

This is a cheap Chinese reproduction. If you have a WTW5000DW series you will be very disappointed. This item is too weak and cheap to keep your unit from spinning out of control during the spin cycle. After replacing the suspension rods with this cheap knock-off version, I discovered that my unit continued to spin out of control during the spin cycle. I also discovered that there are issues with these Chinese rods. Fortunately, I found a local appliance store that had the OEM rods (made in the U.S.). After replacing the rods with the OEM parts, the unit runs perfectly. I should also add that the OEM parts were as cheap as these Chinese knock-offs. Ask any repair man and they'll tell you the same thing - the cheap Chinese versions are garbage. I'd also like to add that I didn't know these were the cheap Chinese knock-offs until I received the package that was stamped made in China. Buy the OEM versions and stop wasting time and money. I hope this helps someone.
