You would think a fairly basic feature for something like this would be a cinching ring so you can fit it on different lenses and pull the ring tight. Nope. The quality of the product is pretty bare minimum in other aspects, as well. The material is thin and feels cheap. It doesn’t lose all the points, because it functions just fine. It does indeed reflect. I might recommend finding a higher-quality alternative that is able to cinch around your lens instead of you or your crew having to find a way to gaffer-tape it in place or whatever. It does collapse and fit in its little carrying bag, and is very compact in this state, so easy to transport.

Very simple small reflector that easily slides onto a lens but a little flimsy and likely only need it for specific scenarios but alternatively could have someone hold it like a traditional reflector. Easily packs away into it's bag Really just another tool in the camera bag but can definitely be useful to give your model a little pop of light on a bright day.

pro photographer for 14 years....this is my 3rd purchase of a similar product.....this is prob the cheapest one I've purchased. first and foremost, it won't fit over standard lens. You have to dismantle the lens from the camera body (standard canon) and then put on and even then it's too tight. The previous ones I've had are easy to slip on and off. to make matters worse...after the first use it already tore bc it's too tight. I really wanted and needed this to work. waste of money
