I bought this to go with my Canon 70-200mm 2.8f lens. I like it a lot. The triangular bracket serves as a handle for holding the lens when I have to take photos with more steady hold. Along with , it takes the weight of my lens and camera off my neck. I do highly recommend getting this cradle and the strap if you have a big lens like the Canon 70-200mm 2.8f.
