This reel retracts smoothly and the swivel bracket makes watering different parts of the yard much easier. I mounted it on a brick wall and it holds strong even when fully extended. The nozzle options are good, especially the mist setting for delicate plants.

This DEWENWILS retractable garden hose reel is a nice solidly built piece of equipment. Very sturdy construction and solid mounting plate. The retract feature works great, with just a simple slight pull on the hose. It's loaded with a nice 100 foot hose as well, what else could you need?

I must say that I really am impressed with this retractable hose as it works as good as my air setup. In reality, it works better as my air does not have the ability to swivel to any place you need it or direction then you take it out however far you need it. And it works as it is supposed to work, it will retract as well as allow me to walk it out however far I need it to reach. And it will lock in place just like my air line does with my retractable line I use for it. No leaks or any issues with it so far, I would recommend it

I really wanted and needed this hose reel because the 180° swivel mount would be perfect in my application, but they can't get their act together to send the correct item. I first received a 50' extension cord reel, then an Amazon Basics 600VA UPS, and then a 12-pack of miniature light bulbs! None of which will help with washing my car.

I’ve been using this retractable hose reel in my driveway to keep things tidy and make car washing and light watering tasks easier. What sold me was the automatic rewind function and the generous 65ft length, which gives me plenty of reach without dragging the hose manually.Installation was very easy. The 180° swivel bracket makes it super flexible, especially in tighter spaces. I really like that the hose locks at any length and retracts smoothly with a gentle pull. It saves me time, effort, and keeps everything clean and tangle-free.So far, I haven’t experienced any leaks or issues with the connectors. The material feels tough and has held up well to sun and rain. This is an average quality retractable hose reel.The build quality feels cheap, and I wonder how long the swivel mounting mechanism will hold up under constant UV. The hose itself is fairly small diameter, so it is compact enough to keep the size and weight of the reel on the smaller side. If you're just going to use it for watering, it would be just fine. The leader hose that you attach to the water tap is too short for my location and you can't open up the case and install a longer hose, you have to add a second hose to reach the tap. It came with instructions but mounting to a fence post was literally a 2-minute job of bolting the base to the post and attaching the reel. it extends and retracts well as it should. The included multi-pattern sprayer is a cheaply made item that may last a year if you're lucky. For the asking price, this could be a better-quality hose reel. It works well but the little details are lacking. Thus, the average rating.

I really like this hose real. I was impressed beyond what I expected. It has a commercial quality to it, which I think is beyond its price point. All the elements have this higher quality to them and I feel it will last a long time, even sitting out in the Florida sun. The length is jus5 right for washing my car, which it is mainly used for. No leaks and the nozzle works well. Overall a good piece.
