120 Min Running Time, CliBot CB-1 Pool Vacuum Robot for Above Ground Pool, Pool Vacuum Cleaner with Strong Suction, Fast Charge, Auto-Parking, Pool Robot Vacuum for Flat Above Pool up to 850 Sq.FtInitial impressions of this pool cleaning robot were great! It’s for an above ground pool. We used it twice, but after charging, it wouldn’t turn back on, lights were blinking and flashing but we couldn’t figure out how to troubleshoot the problem.Eventually we contacted the manufacturer and they quickly replied, asking for details, ultimately they made the decision to send a replacement, which we’re now waiting on. Hopefully our first one just had a little glitch and our replacement will be make for a perfect pool season this summer!

This came literally an hour ago and already impressed. Had stubborn green algae on the bottom of our above ground pool and this thing got right to it at ate it up like it was nothing. Easily assembled. Was a perfect size and weight when putting in the pool - no struggle! We just gently shed her over the side rail and is working so good.

The CliBot CB-1 is surprisingly efficient for its size. Tested it on a 14’ above-ground round pool and it handled the job really well. Suction is decent —it easily pulled in fine debris, small insects, and sand from the bottom. The dual motors help it move steadily and cover the space evenly.Battery life is also decent for the task at 120 minutes, and charging only takes about 2.5 hours, which keeps things moving without long downtime. The auto-parking feature is smart—it stops near the edge when the battery runs low, so there’s no need to reach in awkwardly. The included hook makes retrieval even easier.Weighing just 3.4 kg, it’s light enough to lift with one hand, and the quick-drain design means you’re not pulling out a bucket of water. Setup was quick—hold the power button for a few seconds, drop it in, and it handles the rest. The flat bottom of the 14’ pool was no issue for it, and I’d say it’s a good fit for most similar setups. Straightforward, does what it’s supposed to, and doesn’t get in your way.

It is important to know that the robot does not map and track like a standard robotic vacuum for carpets and hard floors. The wheels are not powered and are only there to guide the robot. It uses a water propulsion system as the drive mechanism. It works quite well but doesn't allow for precise repeated motions. This does not make it any less valuable to us. The robot picks up dirt and debris rather well. I do recommend using the second wheel configuration if your pool is smaller or round. Its movement will be more random and cover the pool more completely. This may be different on larger pools. The robot has gone 1-2 hours per charge and seems to get a bit better with each charge. Cleaning is easy. Once you drain the excess water from the robot, you loosen the four latches around the edge of the robot. the top lifts off exposing the filter screen. Simply rinse it off and set it aside to dry. Then rinse the debris from the bottom half of the robot along with any other sand or dirt and allow to dry. Reassemble and place on the charger so it is ready for the next use. Charging time is about 2-3 hours on average. The indicator light will glow solid green once fully charged. It will blink slowly prior to that. It is an affordable option for small pools that do not have any type of slope. We get dust storms here and have already had our pool get way too much in it. This robot has been key in getting the water clean once again.

This pool cleaning robot is able to pick up fairly small debris but it fills up its filter space very quickly. Also it will sometimes get stuck on the wall of the above ground pool and not turn itself around. It also doesn't have as much force as another pool cleaner I got, so it might work better on a real pool floor where it's nice and smooth. You can always try it out and if it doesn't work for you, you have Amazon's guarantee.

Super easy to use in all regards. This compact pool vacuum is perfect for all above ground pools. With a battery and cleaning method that is capable of cleaning round, oval or rounded square pools entirely. As tested, easily cleared bottom debris from 18' round and still had life in it. Surprisingly efficient for it's entry level price tag.Your first use requires a full charge prior to submersions. And while the factory packaging is very neat and resistant to damage during shipping. It is important to thoroughly check every pool vacuum prior to use. To ensure filter screens and valves are free and ready. But this can be removed from the box and immediately put into the pool, the way it arrived. Still, check it over to familiarize yourself with it.The process of cleaning this vacuum is super quick and easy. And the screen filter is very effective at trapping small particles. And while it traps sand and leaf matter, it maintains great circulation through its powerful jets discharge. The auto park system is pretty decent as well.. completing its cycle at the pool edge. And when retrieving with the included grab hook, suited for standard extension wands, it's ultra lightweight design makes it easy to lift out. The rugged design making it very durable and sturdy for daily use.As an entry level pool vacuum, this performs well beyond expectations. And with straightforward, easy function controls. No apps required. Just through it in after turning it on. It doesn't get much easier than this. And is well worth it's price point.

This pool cleaner works pretty well for the price. The suction is legitimately decent and does a good job of collecting lightweight debris well. Even leaves get picked up. I thought that it works nicely, especially at the price, and keeps the pool looking nice between manual cleans.

I have had these little Pool robots before and they are a great help. I was able to get this one on mine so I snatched it up. Of course this particular one being black and orange does look a bit like a pumpkin, but it definitely got the job done. My liner Which is going to be switched out soon had a lot of wrinkles in it and my old one kept getting stuck this one seem to manage to keep going even over the wrinkles. Sucks up a lot of debris even the little tiny silky stuff that falls to the bottom. Used it before my pool was fully operational Operational to keep it from getting to disgusting. These are a great little invention. The only problem in general is that once the battery goes out after charging it so many times it’s not something you can easily replace so I just ordered new ones. $169 is worth it to me

To The Point:Build quality looks solid and features check the right boxes — excited to see how it performs in the water. My Opinion:Just unboxed the CB-1 pool vacuum and everything about it feels thoughtfully designed so far. It’s compact but sturdy, with a clean look and intuitive setup — no confusing parts or excessive prep. The specs are impressive on paper: 100-minute runtime, auto-parking, and a fast charge cycle.Suction ports and wheels feel well-engineered, and the filter basket looks easy to clean.Looking forward to testing it now that the pool’s open — especially curious to see how well it handles leaves and sand at the bottom. If it delivers on battery life and doesn’t miss corners, it could be a real time-saver.Pro Tip:Charge fully before first use and run a test cycle to see how it maps your pool layout — every shape behaves a little differently. My Verdict:I’d give this 4.5 out of 5 stars based on initial setup and features. Looks like a smart investment for pool owners wanting low-effort cleaning — fingers crossed it performs as well as it promises.I hope this helps!Cheers,Straight Shooter

After its first run, the CliBot cordless robotic pool cleaner left my above-ground pool noticeably clearer of leaves and fine debris. Setup is simple: charge the unit, drop it in, and press a single button. With up to 120 minutes of runtime, it covers roughly 850 sq ft, enough for most backyard pools in one cycle. The suction is strong for a cordless model, and the wide inlet handles small twigs, pebbles, and sand without clogging. When the battery runs low, the cleaner parks itself at the pool edge so retrieval is easy, and the top-access filter basket rinses clean in under a minute. The lightweight design makes lifting the cleaner in and out of the water straightforward, though the handle could use a bit more grip when wet. Because it operates without a tether, there is no cord tangling, but regular charging is essential if you plan multiple cycles in a single day. Overall, this model is a solid choice for anyone who wants a hands-off way to keep an above-ground pool clear between manual cleanings, with enough battery life and suction power to handle everyday debris.
