Update:Sadly after first use it isn’t working as it did on the first use. I charged it and placed it in my pool the next day hoping for the same result. It started out moving across the pool bottom. Within 5 minutes it started getting stuck or so it appeared. It would attempt to go in another direction and 1-2 ft later it stopped started stopped. I pulled it up and tried again with the same results. I don’t understand why it will not go across the pool as it did the first day. As soon as the rain stops, I will try again.A return of this product seems very possible.Unfortunately I think I will be going back to the manual vacuum which is dreadful as I have a disability which makes the manual cleaning a nightmare,This little gem was delivered today. Straight out of the box we had to try it out. Oh my! Life changing. It took off and was sucking everything up with no issues. It didn’t last long of course so on charge it goes.Crossing fingers it holds up and continues to clean my pool. I will update after we use it a bit.As for now…I definitely don’t recommend. If I can find a way to correct the functions I will revise my review again. Wish me luck.

Bought this after reading the reviews. However not very impressed. Worked for about 15 seconds and stopped. Tried everything the manual suggested and repeated process several times with the same results. The ustomer service was great and have replaced the cleaner with a new one.

Update 6.2.2025 this is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I did not even reach out to them. They reached out to me and have rectified the problem and I am amazed at this product and the company that sells this product don’t pass up a great deal guys.Took over 6 hours to charge than went across pool twice and died. Tried again another 6 hours to charge and just one time across pool. I have had many pool vacuums and sorry to say after positive reviews I expected more. Didn’t pick up well either

I'm really blown away by how well this thing works, especially for something in this price range. Our older expensive robot vacuum broke for our pool, and it's going to take a while until we can afford a more expensive unit, so we got this guy to help out in the meantime. It shockingly performs just as well as our really expensive unit that broke. It really does a great job of picking up almost all the debris at the bottom of the pool and runs for exactly as long as it says in the description, around 90 minutes. I love that it was really easy to figure out, charge and operate. It's also super simple to remove the debris as it fills up. It seems really well made and should hold up for a while. At this point we may actually just continue using this and forego the more expensive robot vacuums. It just works that good and it's really not that much of an added hassle to charge and empty it. Unbelievable value for something that works this well.

This is a great pool vacuum! It worked really well too clean up our pool and get ready for the weather.i really like that it's cordless all well. Super cool.

This Cleaner is awesome. works better than my hose based system but without one its got nothing to get tangled in or block the skimmer. simple to use, power it on throw it in and watch it zip back and forth cleaning the floor. i have a 20ft round and within about 45mins it had cleaned the majority of the floor. love it!

This pool vacuum works great! It's so convenient to drop it in the pool and forget about it. It maintains a charge for awhile, with significant runtime.

Pollen season has been wreaking havoc on my above ground pool. Even weekly service isn’t enough to keep up with it. I am so glad I decided to purchase this robot vacuum because I can just set it and forget it and economize by taking care of my own pool maintenance!
