Working good so far I only put like 20 or 30 miles on them but they seem to be true no higher low spots on them so I’m happy with that. I don’t do a lot of miles so they’re holding up well so far we have a rough pavement down here in South Carolina And the heat is hot in the summer so I expect them to be average wear

This set of tires, though a bit difficult to mount, appears to be a quality product. I have about 140 miles on them now and no issues. They corner very well, are nice and light. The one issue and reason for only four stars is, as others here have noticed, they are significantly narrower than published. I would say the difference is at least one full size. My 25s are closer, or perhaps even narrower than a 23. This makes for a harsher and less comfortable ride especially on poor road surfaces.Note: I decided to deduct an extra store for the manufacturer not being honest. They must have known the product was narrower than what they have stated in their advertising.

I am not one for posting reviews but I had to for this product. Look at the pictures. This is after only 1 week of paved commuter riding. I bought the tire set last year as a back up and had to install one of the tires last week. I maintain 55 to 60 PSI so they are not overinflated. I don't know if this was just a one-off bad tire but I will not be using the 2nd tire.

I've been a commuter and fitness cyclist for over 10 yrs. That said if you cycle enough you'll end up changing tires on a reg. I saw these for the price around 3 yrs ago and thought I'd get them as emergency or backup tires. Didn't think much of them other than that.I took one of my bikes into the shop for some work and ask the bike mechanic if he could change a tube and throw these on. After I asked him from his professional opinion on what did he think of these tires. He said that even though they weren't a brand name that they were very good tires ... Just as good as some of the more expensive brand names. That answer was good enough for me. After using these for about two weeks of riding O found that he was right. They ride just as well as the brand name tires I've used ... I've been using them every since.

I've been using Continental Gator Skins for years, and these are comparable. They are made from pretty much the same materials. I actually prefer the road feel of these tires. However, as others have noted, these tires are more difficult to install because they seem slightly less pliant. I don't think anyone could do it without levers (as some hard-core roadies do). I'm not sure why these are more difficult though. It might be the bead material. Others have suggested that it's the rubber that's less pliant, but I'm not convinced that's the reason. Whatever the reason, this difficulty means you might struggle to install these tires, and the longer and harder you struggle, the greater the chance that you'll pinch the inner tube, which would then eventually leak. It hasn't happened to me, but I'd imagine it could. So be sure to follow good installation procedure and use powder to assist the process.

Alright, so let's talk about these bike tires from Amazon. Are they the best tires in the world? Probably not. But do they get the job done? Hell yeah.I mean, I've been riding on these bad boys for a few weeks now, and I haven't had a single flat tire. And trust me, I ride over some pretty gnarly terrain. Rocks? No problem. Glass shards? Child's play. I swear, these tires could probably handle a trip to Mars. Now, I will say that the installation process wasn't exactly a walk in the park. But that's just because I'm more of a "sit on the couch and eat pizza" kind of person. If you're even remotely handy, you'll be able to slap these puppies on your bike in no time. And the best part? These tires make me feel like a freaking superhero. I ride around town like I own the place, leaving a trail of envy in my wake. Okay, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration. But seriously, these tires are the real deal.Overall, I would definitely recommend these bike tires to anyone who wants a reliable and affordable option. And if you're looking for a confidence boost on your rides, these tires will have you feeling like the king or queen of the road.

These tires for the $$ are a steal! I had the original tires on my bianchi road bike as seen in pic…What a difference with these now. They grip the road nicely and make no road noise and look great. When you first get them they look like they are flimsy bike inner tubes. I didn’t think they would fit onto my rims at first as they look huge and loose. You gotta put one side onto the rim at a time that’s how they tighten up into the rim. Make sure you use a tire tube remover tool and not a flat head screwdriver when installing. Once they are on they are fantastic looking and performing. The only drawback is I read foldable tires are lighter than original wired/cord inner hard wall tires. Not true. I weighed my old 1989 tires and they weighed 10.5oz each. I weighed one of these foldable tires before install and it was at 11.5oz. An oz of extra weight on each tire on your bike. It doesn’t bother me but I was trying to lessen some weight on my bike not add to it, but it’s not the manufacturers fault. It’s bad info on the net about foldable tires saying they weigh less than conventional cord hard inner wall tires. Still a 5 star tire, just letting the next buyer know they weigh a tad more than the hard cord/wire tires which makes no sense how that’s so.A note: I noticed after the fact these have direction arrows on the treads. I installed the front one correctly. The back one a bike shop installed after I popped my inner tube installing it, and they put the direction tread arrow backwards. I don’t think it matters much on a bike but on a car you would wear them out in the wrong direction quickly.PS. The box says they are made of shark skin. I wouldn’t mention this to anyone who is a salt life lover :D
