I got this because it is a duplicate of a silk brooch I had that just got old and worn.Made of black metal with a glittery gold trim that elevates the style and look.Small. About the size of a quarter.The pin on the back holds very well onto tops but not heavy cardigans, sweaters, etc. Lightweight clothing.Very, very happy with this.

It is made well and the look is in good taste - not at all gaudy or cheap looking. The gold is not too brassy or yellowish. It looks to be a baked on enamel that is smooth and shiny. It comes in a black textured gift box without any velvet or cushioning.I would recommend for sure.

I have a dear friend who loves brooches so I am always looking out for good ones for her. This sweet dragonfly came up for review, so I grabbed it. It's very fun in person, not too big, would look great on a lapel or dress. I think she'll love it.

This is such a pretty, classic red rose pin. I love the texture on the petals, and the crystals catch the light in a delightful way, very dimensional with a good weight to it. It is also a nice size to be substantial but not gaudy. I also appreciate the pin latch on the back is easy to do and undo, so it will not be much trouble if your fingers are not the most dexterous.It would have been perfect if one of the crystals was not missing right out of the box. I may be able to glue something there myself, but out of the box it should at least come with all the crystals intended.
