This radio is very nice; however, there are some issues with the CPS (programming software). Since this is a new model from Baofeng, some difficulties were expected. Unfortunately, the current CPS is challenging and tedious to use. You will need to program each channel separately, there is no import of files from a CSV file. A new firmware update to improve its usability would make this unit highly desirable. Additionally, the advertised power output of 10 watts is misleading; in reality, it functions as an 8-watt transceiver. On the positive side, the keypad's functionality and ease are very appealing.

Good seller and included a better antenna but some other items were not. Radios work great though.
