Seams don't scratch like some other rash guards. I like the fit... 5'7" and 165 lbs and medium fits great. Long enough to cover torso and I like the thumb loops to keep sleeves from riding up. This is my favorite rash guard

Perfect sun protection shirt. 7 days fishing in the Amazon and this hoodie combined with a ball cap worked like a champ. No burning. Tremendous value.

Great for layering in cold climates. Holds in the heat. Slightly larger than expected but makes it good for a 2nd layer.
