Sticks have a nice feel to them. Strong and durable sticks for younger kids who tend to play a little too hard.

I have been playing RockBand for the XBOX and XBOX360 since the begining. I started singing; then went to bass guitar; then started playing the drums. The drums are BY FAR the most fun! The old sticks I was playing with were worn down and the tips were terrible-one stick seemed heavier then the other. NOW these NEW sticks I bought from Amazon are FANTASTIC! They are the perfect weight. The rubber tips are awesome. And the look and design of them are SUPER COOL! I can't get enough of the drums on Rock Band 3 :-)

The Rock Band drum sticks are fun and useful. They are really like a regular drum stick, but in this case they are designed as they have white tatoos on a black wood. The result is very fine. Also, they have a good grip when you are playing. The rub tips are the most useful part, since it muffles the plastic sound of your drum pads. It's great to play during the night and at moments that you don't want all that noise. I think these drum sticks are really an improvement from the regular ones that came in the Rock Band box. Recommended!

Got these things today and I have to say that I love them. Very slightly heavier than the stock sticks and the tips (not the rubber ones) are a little bigger than the stock ones. The paint on it makes it much less likely to slip out of your hands, as well. The rubber tips are the real headline. They make the tips bounce very nicely and quietly, even without pads on the drum kit.All in all, I cant find anything bad to say about these aside from the normal price. I picked them up for 7.99 w/Free Shipping. Paying 14.99 plus shipping is a little out of hand unless you are completely in love with the aesthetics...

I thought there would have been a good reason for RB to release their own sticks. Mainly, to battle the issues with the drum kits breaking. These won't help with that problem at all. They are size 5a I believe and the rubber tips are just awkward to use, they seem to add a noticeable amount of weight and they don't really help reduce noise. I used them for half a song and I will never use them again. They look cool though, and if you like the bigger size sticks, knock yourself out. My drum kit needs repairs on a quarterly basis with mainly using the 7a size sticks.

These drumsticks were quite impressive when I first got them. I learned that the rubber tips are removable. While playing with them for the first time they reduced the sound and the bounce back made it a lot easier to drum; plust the drum sticks are light. After awhile of playing the rubbertips would fall off. Easy fix was to use electrical tape to make them stay. Well, the rubber tips didn't seem to like that and they started wearing very fast. Within four days both rubber tips were broken.

I actually prefer the drum pad silencers with the regular sticks. I purchased both the pads and the rubber tip sticks at the same time though. After putting on the pads, I find that the regular sticks sound about as quiet as these rubber tipped ones and the regular sticks provide much better bounce on the pads. Save your money. Buy one or the other - not both. Not that these do not work, just that they are not needed if you have the pads and actually I doubt I will ever use them now. They just do not work well with the pads, in my opinion.

The drums sticks were on sale and I bought 2 sets. They were lighter than the ones that came with the drums and I really liked the rubber tips. The rubber tips make it quieter and add a little weight to the end, which I preferred. I've had them for a few weeks now and the tips already have wear spots and 2 are torn. I emailed them about getting more tips and they don't offer the tips separately.

I have the Rockband 2 wireless drums with cymbals, and I love these things! The rubber tips are removable. They don't cancel much noise, but the bounce they produce on the pads is incredible! They make drumming so much easier. If you have the cymbals, they are just as loud and don't quite bounce as well. They are also thicker, so if the cymbals are too high, you will be hitting them with the stick instead of the tip. The tips also seem to wear rather quickly, but all in all, these are worth it.
