The product overall is quality. Installation didn't go as it should due to a broken impeller shift. I ordered a replacement from SunSun and it fixed the problem. I couldn't find any replacement parts through the seller.

Was missing the ceramic beads and the flow of the pump, after only 2 weeks, went down to about 5-10% of its full pressure. Shutting it off/on a few times fix it momentarily. Will return the unit.

Wow I couldn't believe how quite this filter is. Had no problems priming the water into tubes and get it going. Has enough room for you to add media inside. I got the smallest one without the UV.Only con it doesn't have a on or off switch. You have to unplug. But not a big deal . Works great for the money I'm impressed 😁

Very bad product . Highly recommend don’t buy I waste my money . Because I used it for couple of days to check how’s water will clear . But alam it 1 week I used this bad product but water never clear . I really waste my money . Again don’t buy it

Media for the filter system . purchase my own media to put into my system how somebody could expect to have it supplied is beyond me everybody has different taste anyway that wasn’t an issue with me I bought my own media and I mixed it up and put it in the unit I also bought my oldest bulk carbon and these little Little filter bags with zippers on them really nice to use you can save them open them and clean them out and that is what I decided to use in mine so everything so far is worked out fine I just can’t find custom replacement filters for this particular style of cannister God I would say
