It maps the whole pool in 360°, no matter the shape, it figures out the best way to cover everything—from walls to floors and even the waterline. The suction feels really powerful, thanks to this tech they say is inspired by aviation, which probably explains why it moves around so smoothly and doesn’t get stuck. The filter grabs even tiny particles, so the water feels cleaner after every run. When it’s done, it just parks itself on the surface, which makes it easy to grab without any fuss. It definitely makes pool maintenance way less of a chore.

The Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max has completely changed the way I clean my pool. It effortlessly scrubs the floors, walls, and even skims the surface, leaving the water crystal clear. The battery life is impressive, allowing multiple cleaning cycles on a single charge without needing constant recharging. Its smart mapping ensures full coverage, so no spot is left untouched. The app integration is a huge bonus, letting me customize cleaning modes, track progress, and adjust settings from my phone. If you're looking for a powerful, hassle-free pool cleaner, this one is definitely worth it!

This Aiper pool vacuum came in a lot of packaging, but that is to be expected I think. This is a pricey appliance so I appreciated the extra packaging I had to get rid of. I have a 20x38 in-ground pool that is 9 feet at the deep end and 3 feet at the shallow end. I usually spend a few hours per week doing some maintenance vacuuming and scrubbing; every week all season long. My least favorite part used to be getting out the entire hoses and vacuum head and attaching to my circulation system even for even a small cleanup. The other thing I really didn't look forward to was scrubbing the walls. It's just a really bad angle and takes a lot of force to do correctly. After the first few uses with this Aiper X1 Pro Max, I think that is all a thing of the past for me. This does an amazing job at floors, walls, water line, and of course the skimming. I really can't believe how well it does. The setup is easy and charging is as easy as plugging in to the outlet. I get a really good clean on every surface with just a single charge. My favorite feature is how it parks at the surface when finished so you can just grab it and put back on the charger. No need to drag it from the bottom with a hook unless you don't get it within 15 minutes of finishing. I have another cleaner by beatbot and that mapping sometimes gets a little wonky where I see it cleaning the same spot over and over, but so far the Aiper has things mapped nicely and has a systematic pattern for cleaning. I find the Aiper a little heavier and bigger but not so much that it matters to me. Cleanup of the debris is easy too, just open the top and dump stuff out in the composter then a rinse with the hose before its ready again. I could not be happier so far. I can't believe I am saying tis but the price is worth it for what this does for you.

Received a faulty unit on arrival. Unit won’t charge. Surprised with all the good reviews of free product. Customer service is the worst and don’t return calls or messages.I have 2000 dollar dead robot and no one to answer or offer a fix or replacement.

The robot is very heavy duty. Initially had issue with it but with the help of a great support team at Aiper all issue has been resolved! I will post video soon!

I bought the Scuba X1 Pro Max at launch after seeing it in person at CES and comparing it to several other manufacturers that had similar robots on display. First impression on the Pro Max is it was a absolute tank. It does an amazing job cleaning floor, walls and skimming our new pool. The micro fine filter really does trap incredibly fine debris and is excellent for getting fine debris off the floor. The tabs to remove the filters can be a little tough but no where near the overly difficult process some have made it out to be. Once you figure out the order to remove and replace filters and how to pinch them just enough for release, it is straight forward. Overall I'm very happy with the unit and it HydroComm Pro water quality and underwater communications partner item. Definitely recommended the unit if you are in the market for one of these pool cleaning robots.

This little guy looks super sleek (kind of like a tiny underwater robot spy), and it gets to work cleaning the pool with almost zero effort from me. Setup was pretty easy—just charge it up on its dock, connect to the app on my phone, and I can start it anytime without leaving the couch. It maps the whole pool, so it doesn’t miss spots, and even cleans the walls and waterline, which was a nice surprise. The suction is strong and it picks up everything from leaves to dirt. The filters catch the tiny stuff too, so the water feels cleaner faster. I especially love that it’s cordless—no more tripping over hoses or getting tangled up. The only little hiccups are the filter clips feel a bit fragile and the charging dock needs to be lined up just right, or it won’t charge properly. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning.

I was excited about buying this advanced robot. It thought it would be best to buy top of the line. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. The unit arrived in 1 week. Unboxing revealed a used unit with scratches. I tried to charge it but it wouldn’t.I contacted customer service but had no response yet (4 days) aside from being told a case was opened. With this price range, I expected better. Can’t wait to return this unit and buy a different brand.

This is my first time using a robotic pool cleaner, and wow — I should have made the switch sooner. I’ve always cleaned my pool the old-school way with hoses, skimmers, and lots of frustration. The Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max completely changed the game.It was incredibly easy to set up. I just took it out of the box, charged it, and dropped it into the pool. It started mapping and cleaning right away — no complicated app setup or programming. It actually mapped my pool and cleaned in straight lines, not random circles like I expected.I have a mix of debris — leaves, bugs, and some fine dirt — and this cleaner picked up everything without me having to lift a finger. It climbs the walls and even cleaned the waterline, which I didn’t think it could do. The power is impressive, but it’s still quiet and smooth. One charge was enough to clean my 30-foot pool completely. When it was done, it parked itself and was super easy to lift out and empty. I didn’t get wet, and I didn’t break a sweat — which is a first for pool maintenance! If you're a first-time buyer like me and hesitant about the price, let me say this: it's worth every penny. It saves so much time and effort, and it feels amazing not to dread cleaning day anymore.
