These are really pretty. They charge during the day as expected. They stay lit pretty much all night. I noticed they were fading a bit at around 4:00 AM so the charge doesn't last multiple days. Not sure how that will work in the cloudy days, so I may update in the fall winter when I can see how they do. They are metal so I think the durability is also good. The size is really nice not to big but also big enough to stand out a bit.

The design is charming, with vibrant colors that really pop during the day. It adds a nice decorative touch, even when it’s not lit. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it absorbs sunlight. As night falls, the lantern casts a warm glow that creates a cozy atmosphere in my outdoor space.One of the features I appreciate is how it automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn. This makes it super convenient—there’s no need to fuss with switches. Plus, I’ve noticed it stays lit for several hours, which is great for long summer evenings.

I chose this set of dragonfly lanterns as a birthday gift for my friend who's done up her deck in black, white and gray. As much as I love the copper finish of other lanterns, they wouldn't do for this purpose. The cylindrical shape is especially pleasing, and the top solar panels charge very well. These are beautiful, well-crafted items for outdoor decor that anyone would be thrilled to receive.

They look nice and don’t actually need direct sunlight to charge up. We have them on our east facing covered balcony so they don’t really get much direct sunlight, but they get enough to come on every evening and stay on well past my bedtime. You can switch them off if you like but I’m not sure of the need for that function.I didn’t realize when I ordered, but they cast a green hue when lit. I don’t dislike it, it was just unexpected.

I LOVE these solar powered decorative lanterns! I have the dragonfly design, and they shine beautifully at night and look pretty during the day. The shipping packaging is thorough, so they arrived in excellent condition. The packaging includes a letter about the care and one year warranty. The black lanterns have removable baler wires, so they can hang from hooks or sit on a flat surface. The bulbs are replaceable, so the solar units in the tops of the lights lift off. I wish these lids latched in, but they don’t, so make sure to keep them hanging or, if sitting on a flat surface, bring them in if it gets windy.They worked right out of the box (if you cover the light sensor on top of the lantern) and flowered almost all night.The patterns punched in the lanterns make beautiful designs on nearby objects. They look durable and that they will last, making them worth the cost.The photos make it look like the light shines green, but this is only because the phone camera has to use a very long exposure. The lanterns are more beautiful than the photos show, with crisply defined patterns and a lovely black color. My husband has commented how much he enjoys the lanterns. They make a beautiful addition to your outdoor or indoor decorations!I received these lanterns through Amazon Vine for free in exchange for my honest review.

I really like the way these look on a shepherd's hook in my backyard. My only quarrel with them (and why I took off a star) is that they are very light weight - so much so that in a strong breeze or light wind, they are able to be blown down off the shepherd's hook. So far, there has been no damage to the lamps, but, will that continue to be the case? I have re-fastened them to the shepherd's hooks, using wires to lash them into place and I think they will stay this time. Hopefully, no more blowing away. They are very pretty in the evening and really add to where I have them, near my bird bath and feeder under the big maple in my backyard. They definitely add the the atmosphere of my "restaurant for birds" as my son call it and I have to say that if I was a bird, I would like to patronize that restaurant, myself!

I am in love with these solar lights, they're so pretty. The design of the light cast is magic. The inside is painted green, so it actually gives the cut outs a green color. We will be enjoying these all summer on the patio.
