It was fairly easy to install, but it took more than the 10 minutes the manufacturer said it would. The build quality is okay for being made out of plastic. What I dislike about this product is that the handheld showerhead doesn't have a power wash like most the other handhelds have. I would recommend this product for an apartment or rental, but if it's for your home and personal use, I would steer myself clear of this one and get a better one. I just couldn't live with this product, and I am returning it to Amazon.

We installed this in our outdoor shower and it works great! We love the rain shower effect and also love the handheld part because we can easily bathe our dogs as well! We were able to install it easily!

We wanted to try this rainfall shower head instead of a compact one we used.. Kid enjoy this better, as the water is spread more evenly for him. As a bonus, water leak thru curtains are gone.. hand shower got variety of settings and no drilling required to set it up.. easy installation and it is a great addition to the bathroom..

Was super easy to install with the manual and white tape included and had no leaks from any connections.The size of the main shower head is huge, 14’’ and the secondary head has 7 really useful water spray modes to pick from.
