We needed something to replace a shower head that was at 7' and very hard to adjust flow settings. This wand was easy to install, easily adjustable, and can be attached or detached with a slight amount of pull. The 6' hose is quite flexible making it quite functional fixed or detached.

You don’t realize how nice it feels to have good water flow until you buy one and realize your old shower head wasn’t performing top tier. This shower head is great for all the nice settings easy to flip the switch and change settings magnet is super strong and sturdy as well as convenient to clip quickly back on (no hassle trying to slide the head back into the stand like some others) the color matched the bathroom perfect and I love I can wash the dogs so much easier !!!!! Love love love

Let me start by saying that every faucet and shower head in my house is a Moen. I have been a big fan of Moen for the last 30 years. I replaced an older shower head with this one. The shower head works great and I like the magnetic feature. But, Moen changed a nice flexible hose to one that is stiff as a board. They put a very stiff plastic coating over the flex part and now the flex is gone. it sticks straight out from the wall and it's hard to deal with in hand held mode. The position of the shower head is limited because the stiffness of the hose knocks the head off of the magnet. The hot water and weight of the water doesn't help. Thought it would get better but it hasn't. Very disappointed. I have the rest of my return window to see if it gets better. I will update if it does. I really hope so.Update: I started a return and was directed to Moen customer service. The person that I talked to was very nice. She looked to see if they would replace the hose with the original flex type but the answer came back as no. While I was at the Moen website I checked the reviews and saw that many people complained about the change they made to the hose. I would imagine Moen still has a metal flex hose but may only come with shower heads in the hundreds of dollar. So sad, I had to return this head.

The shower head itself is ok --BUT--the hose is an absolute disaster. I thought it would straighten out --but no . So ended up buying a different hose for another $39. Very very not good.Bob from Canada
