At 16 cents per toy, these are a good buy as a fun whistle toy for kids. There's a whistle mouthpiece that was partly off on some of the toys, but I could pop them back on. The body was a tube (no end piece) with 6 holes along the body. You do get different notes (usually) when you place your fingers over the holes while blowing through the mouthpiece, but you're not going to be learning to play songs on these. It's just a cheap, plastic toy.
