When the handle broke off my Samsonite suitcase I thought I was just going to throw it out. Then I found these replacements on Amazon and fits great and now the suitcase is useable again

Unless you are buying these for a 1960’s-go-to-work-at-NASA-briefcase…these are absolutely are NOT the handles described nor do they fit a modern suitcase. Total flop! Even the size described is sooooo off, and I even bought them twice because I figured I calculated the size measurements wrong…nope…these are just so stupid and OLD. I actually felt like keeping them just to see if I could resell them as ANTIQUES! Or as something out of I Dream Of Jeanie!DO NOT BUY!

Trying to replace top luggage handle on a 28inch Lucas. Before even trying to install, unable to keep screws inside the brackets. They slide in and out like they are too thin. Requested a replacement, so will update rating once arrived.Update couple days later: nuts were supplied in the replacement so I can successfully install. Changing from 1 star to 4 and will provide an update after my next trip. Measurements appear right.
