I like mine I actually started with their XL and I slow worked my way down to a LG. I can also fit the MD but that’s for more a snatched looked for date night or ladies night. Definitely take it slow ladies, good dieting, and consistency is key; as cliche as it sounds it’s the truth. I wear mine for 8 hrs a day 5 days a week and maybe 5 hrs max on the weekends if I go somewhere.

Short torso for my body, but height is 5'9". The crotch on these always turns into a front to back thong and is really uncomfortable after 30-45 mins. I do not recommend buying thong bodysuits on Amazon. I've tried multiple times and always get burned. 2 stars because it does suck you in well and great material. Just unbearable due to how the bottom is sewn.

I am 5'3 @ 130 lbs ..larger bust size ,normally waer a size 3 waist or xs - small gym clothes, I ordered the Small , I probably could have ordered the x-s for a little tighter fit ,buy very happy with my size selection.**** Love this product . 3 weeks post op. Finding compression that fits snug and allows you to wear normal clothes priceless.I have purchased a few others that have the full brief and/ or around thighs(hated ) both other options have worked ,but I found very uncomfortable and very hard to fashion normal clothes around .Hands down this product had all of the things that I hoped to find1) the prongs are protected from imprinting into skin ,and the zipper adds great support.2) The bust area is very comfortable and does not feel too constricted.3) the material is very heavy , which I imagine will withstand time and many washes .4) The cut of the suit will allow you to wear normal clothes without the thigh or butt bulge.This is now my most favorite post surgery recovery product.5) the high thigh cut does not interfere with abdominal incision.6) Very easy to put on .7) no back bulge.Also, I am able to wear my RX abdominal binder over top for added support and compression. .I will definitely order a second one.Hope thos review helps

First of all, it is much lower in the front than pictured. It is very stretchy and does little in the way of waist training or body shaping. Surely a waste of money.

Recently had surgery and was told to wear a body suit by my doctor. I got the one from his office and figured it would be good quality..well not so much. I have been looking for an alternative option and either the suits I get are uncomfortable or I have a hard time going to the bathroom wearing it.. after ordering my Yerkoad shapewear I am finally satisfied..it is super easy to put on because of the sipper and hooks, isn't sheer so I'm not worry to rip it like I have done to other shapewear while trying to pull it on. It has nice stretch to it so I can easily pull it on and once on holds it what I need giving me all the curves I want to show all while being comfortable all day while I wear it. I ordered a size small and was a little worried it would be too small for me but it fit so well.. I wear a size 5 jeans normally so was worried about hip area but its made so well that it fit perfectly.. definitely will be ordering from Yerkoad again..
