Ok it's becoming a pattern that I buy Chinese made electronics that work well at fist but after some software updates a few weeks later this devices start failing to perform. In this case my Xtron Head Unit doesn't connect to my cell phone and fails to go to the maps application as is its normal operation. It will get stuck on a window asking to run an update but after I run the update again goes to that window... I have to manually force the screen to go t I settings and manually connect it to my phone.. Also this Unit states it will work on 4G or LTE but it only supports Asian countries cell phone networks. I wouldn't buy or recommend any other from Xtrons.How much longer are you going to keep ripping US customers off? All I wanted was a head unit with the ability to use GSM and GPS while not using my own phone. I read the "awesome abilities" of this head unit and I thought it was perfect. By contacting your costumer support they even went as long as saying the issue was with my SIM card not the fact that I was calling from the US.
