Did not care for product, trying to prepare for replacment hip surgery, need help with getting down low enough for litter cleaning duty......the angle on this item is all wrong, plus the scoop itself was rather flimsy..... found another brand and went with that,

After I had spinal fusion surgery, my husband has been stuck scooping the litter. I bought this to be able to help out, and I can scoop again!Very sturdy, long enough (I am 6'1"), and a great shape to keep your treasures on the scoop.I would recommend!

Great scooper keeps me far away from the litter box and the nastiness. I really love my cat and really hate cleaning up the litter box. This has made the chore a bit more bearable.

Perhaps i should have looked at the measurements before buying but it's listed for cats so i wasn't expecting a mammoth device. It does NOT work well in cat boxes.The scoop is huge and can't really get up to the edges of the box well. Awkward length.This is certainly meant for outside use... For dogs.The holes in the scoop are really big and let a lot of smaller clumps thru it.I tossed the packaging so most likely can't return this junk.

Great width and scoop. Initially it was a great length when fully extended but it began to shorten when using over a period of a month or so. Still is about18 inches long but needed it longer due to a back issue.

I like the product overall but the scoop part is some sort of plastic so it is not heavy duty metal as described. The handle is two parts and is a light weight metal [looks and feels like aluminum]. I bought it for my wife so she would not need to bend over to scoop the litter box and she loves it. The scoop slots are just right to let the litter through but pick up the clumps [she particularly likes that part as our old scoop picked up quite a bit of loose litter along with the clumps.]. I am a bit concerned as to how well the two part screw together handle will hold up over time bit am willing to wait and see. My wife is happy with the product for now so I am happy too.

I used this scoop to clean my cat's litter box. I have been recovering from a broken hip and unable to bend in order to use the regular sized scoops. This long handled cat litter scoop was a Godsend. I was able to clean the litter box as needed without bending. I could not have done the job without it.
