Nice pan. Smaller than I expected but works well. It’s cast iron so will be heavy and you will have to dry properly and keep seasoned.

Great pre-seasoned Aebleskiver Pan. I use a gas burner and it is hard to get a consistent temp across the center and outside holes. Easy to clean. Great fun and even better taste with the funky Aebleskiver balls. Someone mentioned that one version of the pan rusted, well duh, it is cast iron and needs to be cared for as such. Worked great for me.

I used mine for small muffins. Would be great for tiny cakes for lunch boxes. Love the cast iron.
