The plans are exact and well drawn. All the major pieces are drawn full scale for easy marking and cutting. But, for the life of me, I just can not figure out how to make it fold. At this point the plans are not clear at all and there are NO instructions to explain it. I am not a Master by any means, but I've been building homes and furniture for over 40 years so I'm no dummy either. My point is, unless your skill level is off the chart, avoid these plans.
