Works well for the rain but seam on the rim is messy and noticeable. It is not flush against the rim so it sticks out a bit. Does the trick for dog walking but I probably wouldn’t wear it any other place.

I want to like this hat. It’s cute but it’s small. My head is not large at all, but this hat is too tight, not comfortable, gives me a headache if I wear it. Disappointed.
