Sado wireless doorbell products have worked out great for me! I first bought a set with one receiver and two buttons over 4 years ago, and only used one of the buttons. Recently I decided I needed more than one receiver, to make sure I can hear the doorbell ringing throughout the house. So I ordered another set, this time with 2 receivers and 2 more buttons. The new ones had some changes and improvements, but everything works together just fine. Programming was easy. Now I have 3 receivers spread throughout the house and buttons at front and back doors. The chime is different for each door but consistent among the receivers. I put the unused older button on the back door, so the two new buttons are now spares.Do yourself a favor and buy a couple of A23 batteries ahead of time for the buttons. They last a good long time, but you'll eventually need to replace it. From what I've seen, replacing the battery in the new buttons will require a small phillips screwdriver, which isn't necessary with the older buttons, so that's an odd design choice. But for the price, the amount of functionality you get with this product is incredible!

easy to install, easily expandable. still messing around with the different tones, it is difficult to say for sure, but does not seem as loud as our nonexpandable series C doorbell-edit-Originally I bought a C-series that came with 1 plug in chime receiver and one pushbutton trasmitter. I was very pleased initially. The chime was very loud and the button was reliable, however, over time and after a couple battery changes, the battery contacts became a little corroded. I cleaned them, but once corroded, they are easier and faster to get corroded again... After missing a couple important deliveries that needed to be signed for, I decided to get a new replacement. After determining through reading many reviews and Q&As that I could not buy a new button for my existing C-series chime, I decided to go with the expandable, and component replaceable Crosspoint Series.I bought this system in March and in August one of the 2 plug in receiver chime units stopped making sound. The blue light would flash in sync with the chimes and tones it was supposed to be making but no sound. Luckily the other chime receiver was working fine so the doorbell was still semi-functional. I contacted customer service (via website) and they walked me through the necessary steps to ensure the other components were working, and that it really was just the one receiver chime, and not the button or anything that could be resolved by resetting, etc... They offered to replace the unit for $4.95 shipping and handling. I thought that was pretty fair. Inventory was low on Crosspoint receivers so they sent a Starpoint plug-in receiver chime. And it is difficult to say for sure, but it seems a little louder than the old Crosspoint chime it replaced and it works just fine with my existing Crosspoint weathertight doorbell button. Very satisfied overall and would recommend this item to anyone. Thank you Sado Tech!

this doorbell system works great! loud and easy to install! I love the idea of it being expandable so we could add more bells or plug in noise thingy. Also has many different songs to choose from... and can have a different song for each room if you wanted.

Product arrived recently, overall it was easy to set up and so far it seems to be working well. One note: If setting up one-to-one pairs between each receiver and their own transmitter (e.g. separate chimes for separate doors), be sure to only plug in one receiver at a time while pairing. Instructions say that pairing mode ends after 5 seconds, but we left the first receiver plugged in while pairing the second, but then both receivers paired to both transmitters. It was easy to fix (just reset the receivers). Overall we're happy with the product.

First my wired doorbell button stuck burning toasting my chime when I was away. My understanding is even with a low voltage transformer, it is possible for a fire to be caused by a wired doorbell from what I researched on the internet. The chance may be low but is it worth the risk?I am from the old school re wired doorbells but after a 10 minute installation of these they have greatly exceed my expectations in sound quality, portability, and the expand ability. I believe that there are similar appearing units on the market but perhaps with inferior components, I believe these are good quality. I now have a door bell at my back door which did not exist previously.

Just received this over the weekend. Installation and use is very simple. Would like a ringtone that say's "Someones at front door" or "Check Back door". Just would make it easier to distinguish, and would be preferable over a ringtone.I don't like the volume level at all. The sound on my stove or microwave is much louder and can be heard a room away. This one at low volume would be suitable for a baby sleeping in a sound proof room with the doorbell 2 feet from your ear. The lowest setting is really ridiculous. I have great hearing, ask my kids how often they get in trouble from the other room. With this thing plugged in 3' from me and regular ambient room sounds with tv and kids I was just barely able to hear it ring the"ding dong" tone I chose. I'm sure if I let it play one of the longer annoying tones I may catch it in the 10 seconds they play. It claims 110db output, but at what range? At 5-10ft that would be decent, but at point blank range, that's kinda low.I'm sure someone will let me know that I can install 14 all around the house and will be able to hear the doorbell, but alas that's not a great solution. I removed the old wired doorbell to de-clutter wires and the old school doorbell. If I hadn't already pulled all the wired out of the wall, I would put the old one back up which could easily be heard throughout the house on multiple floors.I'm not bitter, just a bit disappointed as it receives pretty decent rating. I should had been warned by the amount of people that claimed it was loud enough. Usually a clear clue something is amiss.
