I have only used this a few times since I received it because I don’t drink wine every night.The foil cutter blades fall off every time I use it and therefore it doesn’t cut the foil! The corkscrew is extremely wobbly after 3 uses and won’t work…last time it pushed the cork into the bottle. Of course since I haven’t used it that often I missed my window of return by five days! So now I’m stuck with it and it will go in the trash. I never write reviews, but I honestly had to let other people know how bad this product is!

Its a tough opener. meaning that it takes a ton of force to get the wine open. I have used many openers like this one and never had so much trouble opening a bottle of wine with it. Its kinda cheaply put together. Its also not very heavy. The handles bend as you open the wine. Not highly recommended. I ended up throwing it away after opening a few bottles of wine.

I don't normally leave reviews and I would have preferred to contact the seller directly to resolve the problem but there is no way to reach them. We first actsually used the product 3 days past the return window and it bent and is now unuseable after the first use. It looks cool, but it is not sturdy. If the seller wants to reach out to me and resolve this, I would love to hear from you.
