I got this for a friend that's an avid pool player and wants to get a setup in his house. Since there's not a lot of space in his house, he needed something that could easily be moved around if needed to hold his pool cues. This one seems to fit the bill perfectly.It's not overly heavy but it feels like it's distributed evenly throughout. It has a lip so it can hang flush over the edge of a table or other surface. I didn't see any warping or rippling in the underside, and it laid flat on the table edge. The overall feel is one of a nice, classy style with the darker stain on it. And the chalk holder carved into the top is deep and wide enough to accommodate several pieces at a time.

It's a great looking pool claw. It's got a little bit of heft, which is good if it's gonna hold some cues. But as a bonus It's got a little bit of silicon on the bottom that makes it slide resistant of smooth surfaces. Having a slot to leave chalk or a pocket marker is a nice touch.But I was sold on the looks of this claw for my at home pool room esthetic.
