I was excited to get the product but it did not come with a handle and when I used the product within 5 minutes it broke. Had to return the product back. So disappointed

Simple tool.Be careful with the blade, very sharp. Comes with blade sleeve for safety.Before you tighten blade to base with the supplies nylon lock nut, adjust the protective sleeve so it does not get pinched when you tighten the lock nut.Two wing nut screws will hold the handle of your choice to make weeding a bit easier.We spray our brick patio with vinegar to kill the vegetation that grows between the bricks and use this tool to easily remove the dead vegetation.

Good tool for cleaning leaf and seed pod debris between composite deck boards, a task for which it is both light yet adequately strong (& this is the task for which I ordered it :). For more challenging weeding where the blade and tool might face higher forces, I think the tool may be a bit light & flimsy (though I've not tested it in these conditions). As it is, I chose to mount the blade in an alternate direction than pictured on the Amazon listing to increase its stability. The Amazon site shows the blade pointing away from the handle and roller mechanism (shown in one of my pictures). Having looked at that arrangement though, I was concerned there were no features to stabilize the blade from rotating around its one mounting bolt. I thus chose to flip the blade's direction, feeding it through a gap in the two wires that make the frame for the rollers... such that these wires help prevent the blade from turning about its mounting screw. It was a tight fit to mount the blade this way, but it does seem more stabile.I'm pleased with this tool for cleaning deck grooves. Per initial trials, I've found it easier and quicker to use than a crack weeder I improvised for the task years ago (and less likely to scratch my deck boards in the process).
