This has worked great for me so far. Unbuttoning the corner clasps on one side helps create sort of a slide effect to help pour soil into containers if you'd like. The buttons aren't quite enough to hold the sides up on their own, but once you've packed some dirt in the corners everything keeps it's shape. I haven't had any issues with moisture leaking through, and the only dirt that's ended up on the table have been from me being sloppy and missing the mat.
