It did clean the water but within the first month, it dissolved into fine black dust/powder on the bottom of the my automatic horse tank....

In theory these work. Maybe in a small fish tank.... but in a 100 gal water trough they are worthless (unless, maybe you use 50 of them, but who could afford that?)....another typical lie to take your money and make China rich. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

These do not work in a 100 gallon stock tank!! They never kept the water clean. It actually made the water more dirty.
