Simple to install, just look closely at the tension wires on your old burner. in order for glass top to sit right I had to place the tension wires that hold burner in place a couple times till I got it right and glass top sat back down correctly. heats up well and works like a champ. it should go without saying, unplug or turn off the breaker before installing.

The dual element burners are getting hard to get. 'm not sure what the issue is. This wasn't advertised as anything but a smooth top burner element. from looking at photos, drawings and the electrical schematic that came with the stove as delivered this has all the right connections and should be a good fit.These elements tend to wear out and you have to turn the dial up over the years to maintain the same temperature. This is the element and stove position I cook my onions, peppers, sausage and eggs on every day so what the hay? It's sure to wear out. This element we use is not worn out yet but close. I'll update if there's issues but it showed normal resistance with a multimeter.
