High quality. However, the space between the outer grips is a little narrow. If you're 5'8" or less, the distance is probably ideal. But for taller people 6ft and over, another 8 to 10 inches would be better. This will limit my use of this to tricep pushdowns. (And even those grips are a bit narrow). Also can use the outer grips for cable rows. I will have to find something else for lat pulldowns.

Offered by the E.T.ENERGIC Store:- Very happy with this LAT pulldown bar.- The rubber grips a very secure, and will stand up to many workouts. The red color looks great.- It does have a layer of oil when it arrived, which is for the rotating portion of the bar (allows for smooth action during use. Cleaned up easily enough.- Very good design, with quality in mind.- Priced right, this thing will still be around for years to come.- Recommending it for both the novice and the experience fitness buff.

This V bar for pulldown is exactly as pictured. The bar is heavy duty steel, and seems like it will take a beating. The grip is rubberized, making it easy to hold onto with sweaty palms. It's very functional, with the top ring a good size, for easy clipping onto a carabiner. This is important as you don't want to waste time trying to get the opening of a carabiner at just the right angle to clip on. The whole unit is a great upgrade to a cable setup and a good value for the money. It has worked very well so far, and I think it will last a while. Would absolutely recommend!

Lat pulldowns and rows are some of my favorite back exercises, and this double-D row hits multiple muscle groups at once. I used my rack pulley system and attached the row attachment; it was super easy.The attachment is heavy-duty and built well. The welds looked great, the plastics are solid and good quality, and the rotating functions moved easily. Like most new pieces of workout equipment, the attachment had quite a bit of oil from the factory. This is a good thing because we don’t want it rusting on the slow boat from across seas; however, thoroughly clean the oil off before using or storing it because it will get on you and other objects. I used isopropyl alcohol to clean it off.
