I am returning it and never got to use it. It didn't come with a charging cable or a retrieval pole or hook. I am ordering a different one. I gave a low rating because I never got to b use it.

The product moves and cleans great. The problem is with how long it runs, the ad says over 120 minutes, but the best I can get out of it is maybe 60 or 70 minutes. It also says fully charged in 2.5 hours but no matter how long I charge it for the run time doesn't change. So it's run it, then charge it for the 2.5 hours and then run it again to get the whole pool clean. Everything else is right on with how well it cleans even the walls with no loss of power go up or down them.
