Do not waste your time or money on this product. The quality and workmanship are poor. I have applied for a return and if you have to hear from anyone. I should have read the reviews regarding this product. If I would have, I never, never would have ordered these cameras in the first place. I still haven't heard from the company regarding my return/refund. I will continue to write bad reviews about this company. The lesson I did learn from this horrible experience is that I will never order anything ever again on Amazon that doesn't accept returns.

I am not recommending this camera , the app takes you to another site “dark web” and they clearly tells you that the app already comprises your info and to return is almost impossible

This item does is misrepresented with TV advertisements, the add implies that is is made by two U.S. security design engineers from California and give the impression these cameras are made in the U.S.A.. The battery was charged as instructed but lasted less than 24 Hours, making a useless item if one wants to depend on it as a security camera. It cannot withstand any weather conditions should it be installed as shown in the TV adds.

Wouldn't even give one star but Amazon made me give it something. This item doesn't work unless it is plugged in all the time. It has no battery backup at all. It also wouldn't connect to my wifi and send alerts when there was movement detected. Worst camera ever!!!

cannot get them to work without monthly payments. I was unaware of these payments when I purchased them.
